Stop using soap if you have the ability to do your own bucket wash and you have a pressure washer! Optimum’s No-Rinse Solution allows you to clean your vehicle without soap. Spend less time rinsing off soap and no film left over after drying…on top of having an effective and safe cleaning chemical!

For Winnipeg’s environment we still recommend doing an initial pre-rinse, especially in the lower areas and door jambs of the vehicle to eliminate any chance of debris falling out from crevices that may cause scratching of your paint. Dip one side of the song in the no rinse solution, drip some no rinse on the panel and wipe back and forth with no pressure until you see clear water. The valleys in the sponge will absorb any debris, keeping it out of the flat sections of the sponge hitting the paint. Optimum No-Rinse also separates the dirt in the solution to the bottom of the bucket, below the grit guard, another solution to wash marring.

This wash kit can also be used with soap. Ph balanced, biodegradable soap is best as it doesn’t strip wax or sealants. Although soap doesn’t separate dirt like Optimum No Rinse does.

Use your drying towel on the glass first to absorb dampness within the towel (dampness helps prevent coarse fibres from marring). Then drape your towel over your paint and pull the towel towards you with no pressure on the paint. Continue to ring out your towel and dry your paint with little to no pressure, from top to bottom. Door jabs last via air compression or another soft towel or microfibre.

Air your sponge and drying towel out after it’s properly rinsed.

Keep all of your wash kit sealed in the bucket or a ziplock bag.
